Exempts and maintains confidentiality of personal identifying information of law enforcement officers hired by the Department of Agriculture and Commerce, with identities redacted from public records and contracts not posted on the state's searchable website.

Deletes the requirement for the Mississippi Development Authority to file annual reports to the Governor and Legislature regarding the agribusiness program and related legislative recommendations.

Allows the Mississippi Land, Water and Timber Resources Board to hold meetings at locations determined by the cochairmen, in addition to the State Capitol in Jackson.

Repeals eight sections of the Mississippi Agribusiness Council Act of 1993 (sections 69-41-1, 69-41-3, 69-41-5, 69-41-7, 69-41-9, 69-41-11, 69-41-13, and 69-41-19).

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
