Mandates proper lettering or signage be erected on the outdoor facade of the main front entrance displaying the official building name

Recognizes Dr. Polles' achievements including enhanced conservation officer training and salaries, improved career advancement opportunities, and more than doubling public lands held for conservation and recreation through federal grants
