Exempts motor homes and trailers from all ad valorem (property) taxation starting October 1, 2024, eliminating the property tax on these vehicles entirely

Motor homes are defined as individually owned vehicles providing transportation and living facilities including sleeping, bath/toilet, and food preparation areas

Trailers include recreational semitrailers but exclude commercial semitrailers

Motorcycles continue to receive only 50% exemption from ad valorem taxation, unchanged from current law

Amends Section 27-51-41.1 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, effective July 1, 2023
