Extends the repeal date of Mississippi Code Section 73-21-124 from January 1, 2024 to January 1, 2027, maintaining the authorization for pharmacies to sell pseudoephedrine and ephedrine products without a prescription.

Permits registered pharmacies to sell up to 3.6 grams per day or 7.2 grams per 30-day period of pseudoephedrine or ephedrine to customers age 18 and older without a prescription.

Requires pharmacies to use the National Precursor Log Exchange (NPLEx) system to track over-the-counter sales and check for stop-sale alerts before completing transactions.

Mandates purchasers present valid government-issued identification and sign a log attesting to transaction details including name, date of birth, address, and amount purchased.

Establishes misdemeanor penalties of up to $1,000 for first violations and up to $10,000 for subsequent violations; exempts pharmacist owners from penalties if employee training was conducted as approved by the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy.
