Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-3-519 to authorize use of radar speed detection equipment by municipal law enforcement officers in municipalities that meet two conditions: the county seat is located in the municipality AND a public community college is located in the municipality.

Adds this authorization as a new subsection (d) to existing law that previously allowed radar use only by the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol and certain municipal officers in municipalities with population thresholds or campus police at colleges with over 2,000 students.

Allows radar equipment to be used on public streets within the corporate limits of qualifying municipalities.

Takes effect upon passage.
