Amends Mississippi Code Section 11-7-13 to clarify that wrongful death causes of action include unborn children, removing the term "quick child" from the statute.

Allows parents and other relatives of a deceased unborn child to bring wrongful death actions for negligence, unsafe conditions, breach of warranty, and strict liability in tort.

Permits wrongful death claims to be brought by the personal representative, parents, or interested parties for damages including property damage, funeral, and medical expenses.

Establishes that damages recovered (except for property and funeral expenses) are not subject to payment of the deceased's debts and are distributed according to existing heir distribution rules.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
