Increases poll manager compensation from $75.00 to $150.00 per election in Mississippi.

Increases compensation for poll managers who carry and return ballots and serve as returning officers from $10.00 to $30.00 per voting precinct.

Maintains board of supervisors discretion to pay additional compensation up to $50.00 per election.

Requires municipal compensation for poll managers to match county compensation levels, with municipalities able to provide up to $50.00 additional per election at their discretion.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
