Requires vehicle headlights and rear lamps to be operated whenever windshield wipers are in use due to precipitation or other conditions, in addition to existing requirements for sunset to sunrise and low visibility situations

Prohibits drivers from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when full headlights are required

Establishes a misdemeanor violation with a maximum fine of $25.00 for non-compliance

Amends Section 63-7-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 regarding vehicle lighting requirements

Effective date of July 1, 2023
