Creates the Mobile-Online Sports Betting Task Force to conduct comprehensive analysis of online sports betting matters within Mississippi.

Task force consists of 13 members co-chaired by the House Gaming Committee Chair and Senate Gaming Committee Chair, including representatives from the Mississippi Gaming Commission, Department of Revenue, Mississippi Gaming and Hospitality Association, and appointed casino operators and legislators.

Members must be appointed within 30 days of the effective date, with the first meeting required within 60 days; a majority constitutes a quorum and members serve without compensation.

PEER Committee must submit a final report containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations jointly approved by co-chairs to the Legislature by December 15, 2023, with results made available to the public.

Effective date is July 1, 2023.
