Authorizes the Mississippi Department of Transportation, political subdivisions, and municipalities to form public-private partnerships for highway, road, bridge, and other asset improvements.

Allows private entities to provide funding assistance for infrastructure improvements in exchange for naming rights to the section of highway, road, bridge, or asset for which funding was provided.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to adopt rules and regulations governing the use of such public-private partnerships.

Effective date: July 1, 2023.
