Requires all licensed child care facilities to purchase and maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance coverage for each facility.

Specifies that liability coverage must include indemnity of the insured only, with defense costs not covered under the requirement.

Authorizes the licensing agency to suspend or revoke a facility's license or certificate for failure to purchase or maintain the required liability insurance.

Adds failure to maintain liability insurance as grounds for license suspension, revocation, or restriction under Section 43-20-14.

Effective date is July 1, 2023.
