Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds totaling up to $7,598,600 to fund road improvement projects in Clay, Lowndes, and Oktibbeha Counties.

Clay County projects: $1,685,600 for a new 16-inch water line along Yokohama Boulevard and $258,000 for expanding the Eshman Avenue to Yokohama Boulevard roadway to a two-lane access road.

Lowndes County projects: $3,100,000 to complete Charleigh Ford Drive as a two-lane roadway connecting Artesia Road to Airport Road, and $675,000 to extend Manufactures Drive to interconnect with Artesia Road.

Oktibbeha County project: $1,880,000 to expand and improve Sudduth Road between Mississippi Highway 389 and Retherford Road.

Bonds are general obligations of the State of Mississippi with full faith and credit pledged; bonds must be issued by July 1, 2027, and are exempt from state taxation.
