Authorizes the Seventh Circuit Court District to appoint one additional victim assistance coordinator, increasing from one to two coordinators for that district

Increases the number of additional victim assistance coordinators allowed for the First Circuit Court District from one to two (total of three coordinators)

Increases the number of additional victim assistance coordinators allowed for the Fourteenth Circuit Court District from one to two (total of three coordinators), subject to board of supervisors approval

Victim assistance coordinator salaries are capped at the level authorized for criminal investigators and are paid jointly by counties in the circuit court district on a pro rata basis
