Amends Section 9-1-59 of the Mississippi Code to extend electronic filing requirements to youth courts throughout the state

Youth courts must file all pleadings and other legal papers by electronic means through the Mississippi Electronic Court System (MEC) by July 1, 2024

Circuit, chancery, and county courts were previously required to comply with electronic filing by July 1, 2021; this bill adds youth courts to that mandate

Effective date of July 1, 2023
