Authorizes issuance of up to $3,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist Lee County, Mississippi, with repairing or replacing Bridge Number 178 on County Road 520

Creates the "2023 Lee County Bridge Number 178 Improvements Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may be issued at any time before July 1, 2027, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi, with the State Treasurer authorized to pay principal and interest from any available funds if appropriations are insufficient

Bond proceeds and income are exempt from all state taxation and qualify as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, savings banks, trust companies, and insurance companies
