Amends the definition of "imitation firearm" to only apply when used "in the commission of a crime," rather than as a standalone offense

Adds definitions for "antique firearm," "firearm," "imitation firearm," and "short barreled shotgun/rifle" to the Mississippi concealed weapons statute

Exempts BB guns, air rifles, air pistols, bowie knives, and folding knives from the list of weapons convicted felons are prohibited from possessing

Removes bowie knives and switchblade knives from the weapons prohibited for felons to possess

Changes the penalty for felon-in-possession violations from a mandatory felony to either a misdemeanor (up to $2,500 fine and/or 1 year in county jail) or a felony (up to $5,000 fine and/or 1-10 years imprisonment), at the court's discretion
