Amends Section 29-5-203, Mississippi Code of 1972, to expand the Capitol Complex Improvement District to include both the City of Jackson and the City of Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Revises the northern boundary of the district to extend along County Line Road and the west curb line of North State Street - U.S. Highway 51.

Modifies multiple street boundaries throughout the district including changes to West Monument Street and adjustments to eastern boundaries near Town Creek and Jefferson Street.

Simplifies the district boundaries by removing previous references to LeFleur's Bluff State Park, Ridgewood Road, and the I-55 frontage road area.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
