Amends Mississippi Code Section 89-2-3 to add "cycling" to the list of outdoor recreational purposes, which includes hunting, fishing, swimming, boating, camping, hiking, and other activities.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 89-2-25 to add "cycling" to activities for which landowners who grant permission are not liable for injuries or property damage.

Landowners who permit cycling on their property are not considered to have assured the premises are safe, made the cyclist an invitee owed a duty of care, or assumed liability for injuries caused by the cyclist.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
