Changes MTAG Works income eligibility threshold from students with income exceeding Pell Grant limits to students with family income not exceeding 100% of state median family income.

Increases minimum award amounts to $2,000 for full-time juniors and seniors and $1,000 for full-time freshmen and sophomores, with reduced amounts for part-time students determined by the board.

Establishes bonus payments for students enrolled in high-need or high-demand field education programs as determined by Mississippi Office of Workforce Development, effective beginning the 2024-2025 academic year.
