Authorizes the State Board of Registration for Foresters to suspend a licensee's license for failure to satisfy a judgment rendered in connection with the practice of forestry, in addition to existing grounds for suspension or revocation.

Adds language specifying that license suspension for unsatisfied judgments applies to judgments against either the licensee or the company/business for which the licensee provided services.

Brings forward all sections of the Foresters Registration Law (Sections 73-36-1 through 73-36-36) for purposes of possible amendment, updating statutory language with minor grammatical changes.

Maintains existing procedures for license suspension related to support orders under Sections 93-11-157 and 93-11-163, with those sections controlling in case of conflict.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
