Establishes a minimum annual salary of $75,000 for court administrators appointed by judges and chancellors in Mississippi counties.

Court administrator salaries are set by vote of participating judges and chancellors, submitted to the Administrative Office of Courts for approval, and paid in 12 monthly installments.

Counties must transfer their pro rata share of the court administrator's compensation to the Administrative Office of Courts by the 20th of each month.

Court administrators receive mileage reimbursement at the state employee rate for official duties, paid proportionately by participating counties from the court administration fund.

Effective date: July 1, 2023.
