Amends Section 83-11-101 of the Mississippi Code to mandate uninsured motorist coverage in all automobile liability insurance policies issued or delivered after the bill's effective date.

Eliminates the ability of policyholders to reject uninsured motorist coverage in writing, removing language that previously allowed such rejections for bodily injury and property damage coverage.

Requires uninsured motorist coverage limits to meet minimum standards set by the Mississippi Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Law, with option for insureds to increase limits up to their policy's bodily injury or property damage liability limits.

Removes provisions that allowed rejection of coverage to continue through renewal policies, replacement policies with the same insurer, and transferred policies with affiliated insurers.

Takes effect upon passage.
