Amends Section 97-37-7 to remove provisions that previously authorized concealed license holders to carry firearms in certain buildings and locations.

Brings forward Section 45-9-101 (Mississippi's concealed carry permit statute) for potential amendments related to firearms permits and licensing requirements.

Effective date of July 1, 2023.
