Prohibits state agencies, departments, political subdivisions, counties, municipalities, universities, colleges, and their agents or employees from creating, planning, implementing, assisting, or enabling overseas police service stations in Mississippi

Defines "overseas police service station" as any center or location managed and controlled by a non-United States country for monitoring its citizens' activities

Voids any policies supporting overseas police service stations and requires immediate closure by law enforcement

Imposes civil penalties of $20,000 per day for each day a violating overseas police service station exists

Effective July 1, 2023
