Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-13-115 to add a new category (28) of Medicaid recipients for individuals under 65 years old who are not pregnant and not enrolled in Medicare, with income not exceeding 133% of the federal poverty level.

Eligible individuals under the new category receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined in the federal Social Security Act.

Division of Medicaid determines eligibility for individuals covered under the new provision.

Effective date is July 1, 2023.
