Recognizes the club's community services including free vision screenings throughout Northeast Mississippi, eye surgeries, eyeglasses, and support for childhood cancer, hunger relief, diabetes awareness, and disaster relief efforts

Acknowledges the club's financial contributions to local parks, food banks, scholarships, youth programs, the Mississippi Lions Eye Bank, and the Mid-South Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation

Notes that Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with 1.4 million members in approximately 47,000 clubs worldwide

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Booneville Lions Club, Lions International President Brian Sheehan, District Governor Billy Joe Webb, and Club President Kathy Anderson Lamb
