Mourns the passing of Mrs. Reba Lee Roy, who died on June 14, 2021, and commends her 58-year career in the cosmetology industry.

Recognizes her extensive professional accomplishments including master stylist certification from Pivot Point International and master hair colorist certification from Clairol Institute, plus salon ownership and instructional roles.

Acknowledges her numerous national and international honors including over 200 regional, state, national and international trophies and awards, and recognition as alternate on the 1974 United States Olympic Hair Styling Team.

Honors her service as member and officer of the National Cosmetology Association and Mississippi Cosmetology Association, plus public speaking and expert witness work in 48 states.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Mrs. Roy's family and the Capitol Press Corps.
