Recognizes the Mississippi National Guard and Republic of Uzbekistan for ten years of partnership beginning in 2012, including over 200 joint events such as 68 Subject Matter Expert Exchanges, 44 Key Leader Engagements, and 51 Bilateral Conferences.

Acknowledges a 2019 military and trade delegation to Uzbekistan led by the Mississippi Governor, Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce, and Adjutant General to expand partnership opportunities.

Documents Uzbekistan's participation in Exercise Southern Strike for four consecutive years since 2019 and Uzbek soldiers competing in Mississippi's Best Warrior Competition, winning overall in 2020 and 2022.

Highlights the first joint airborne operation between Uzbek and Mississippi Special Operations Forces in 2021 with 24 Uzbekistan soldiers and the 2nd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), observed by the Chief of the National Guard Bureau.

Commends both entities for ten years of successful partnership and directs copies to be furnished to Ambassador Javlon Vakhabov, Major General Janson Boyles, and other relevant officials.
