Recognizes and commends Mr. Will Lummus of Byhalia, Mississippi, for his outstanding rodeo accomplishments, particularly for being ranked number one in the world for steer wrestling.

Documents Mr. Lummus's 2023 rodeo wins including the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, the Stampede at the Ike in West Monroe, Louisiana, and the Magnolia Center Pro Rodeo in Laurel, Mississippi, with career earnings totaling $1,126,411.

Lists numerous major rodeo victories since 2016 including the Calgary Stampede in Alberta, Canada; the Coleman and Gladewater rodeos in Texas; and championship events across the United States and Canada.

Notes Mr. Lummus qualified for his fifth-straight NFR (National Finals Rodeo) appearance and finished second in world standings for the second consecutive year as of 2022.

Acknowledges Mr. Lummus's role as Northwest Community College Rodeo coach and his marriage to his wife, Jenna, while directing copies be sent to Mr. Lummus and Capitol Press Corps.
