Amends House Rule 104A to require all official meetings of standing, interim, and special committees of the Mississippi House of Representatives to be live streamed or otherwise broadcast to the public

Conference committees are explicitly excluded from the live streaming requirement

Committees may still enter executive session with a majority vote of members present, but must begin as open meetings and record the vote to close

Minutes of all committee meetings, whether open or executive session, must remain available for public inspection during regular business hours within a reasonable time after adjournment

Takes effect immediately upon adoption by the House of Representatives
