Senate Bill 2006 Summary

• Removes the July 1, 2023 repeal date for festival wine permits, making them permanently available to wine manufacturers and native wine producers to sell sealed bottles at festivals with three or more vendors.

• Takes effect June 30, 2023, effectively making festival wine permits a permanent part of Mississippi's alcoholic beverage licensing structure.
