Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of Most Worshipful King Hiram Grand Lodge & Electra Grand Chapter Order of Eastern Star A.F. & A.M., State of Mississippi.

Establishes an additional fee of $30.00 per tag for registration years beginning on or after July 1, 2022, paid annually at renewal.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to the Grand Lodge organization, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 of each additional fee for the county general fund and retain 5% of replacement tag fees ($10.00 per replacement).

Effective July 1, 2023.
