Lowers the age of majority from 21 to 18 for entering into contracts affecting real property and mortgages, while maintaining 21 as the general age of majority for other purposes.

Amends Section 93-19-13 to grant persons 18 years or older the capacity to enter into binding contractual relationships for mortgages and real property transactions.

Updates multiple code sections to replace references to "21 years of age" with "18 years of age" in contexts involving property contracts, including loan agreements, deed of trust proceedings, and custodial property transfers.

Repeals Section 93-3-11, which previously allowed married minors to remove the disability of minority solely for homestead transactions.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
