Requires all state and local government entities to collect and disaggregate individual data by biological sex at birth when gathering sex-based statistics

Establishes that policies distinguishing between sexes are subject to intermediate constitutional scrutiny and permitted when serving important governmental objectives

Creates a private cause of action allowing individuals harmed by violations of this act to sue for injunctive relief, damages, and other legal remedies, effective July 1, 2023
