Extends the repeal date for Mississippi's gasoline and petroleum products regulations from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2027.

Maintains existing definitions and specifications for gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, and oxygenated fuels under Section 75-55-5, including octane ratings, sulfur content limits, and distillation requirements based on ASTM standards.

Preserves enforcement mechanisms in Section 75-55-37 allowing the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce to inspect equipment, issue stop sale orders, assess civil penalties up to $3,000 per violation, and suspend or revoke registrations for repeated violations.

Retains penalties for violations including misdemeanor charges with fines up to $200 and jail time up to 90 days, plus administrative remedies such as warning letters and equipment seizure.
