Reduces the deadline for voters who cast affidavit ballots (due to lacking photo ID) to present acceptable identification to the circuit or municipal clerk from five business days to three business days after the election

Applies the same three-day deadline reduction for voters claiming a religious objection to being photographed who must execute an Affidavit of Religious Objection at the clerk's office

Maintains all existing acceptable forms of photo identification including Mississippi driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, government employee ID, pistol license, tribal ID, military ID, student ID from Mississippi colleges, and official Mississippi voter identification card
