Amends Mississippi Code to define "temporary driver's license" as a license issued by the Department of Public Safety under new procedures for child support enforcement.

Authorizes the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to issue a temporary driver's license to persons whose general driver's license has been suspended due to failure to pay child support.

Temporary driver's license expires 150 days from issuance and restricts operation of motor vehicles to driving to and from the licensee's residence, place of employment, or place of religious worship.

Does not apply to commercial driver's licenses.

Updates references from "State Tax Commission" to "Department of Revenue" regarding alcoholic beverage licenses and takes effect July 1, 2023.
