Adds sexual battery to the list of crimes in Mississippi that have no statute of limitations, allowing prosecution at any time after the offense occurs

Removes the previous specific reference to "sexual battery of a child" since all sexual battery offenses will now be covered under the no-limitations provision

Maintains existing exceptions from the statute of limitations for other serious crimes including murder, rape, kidnapping, robbery, child abuse, and human trafficking

The general two-year statute of limitations for misdemeanors and unlisted offenses remains unchanged
