Requires the Mississippi Justice Information Center to establish a misdemeanor warrant management system enabling criminal justice agencies to electronically track misdemeanor warrants across jurisdictions as warrants are issued, served, and recalled, with the system available by January 1, 2025.

Directs the Department of Public Safety to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the misdemeanor warrant management system.

Mandates all criminal justice agencies and the Administrative Office of Courts assist in establishing the misdemeanor warrant management system.

Adds misdemeanor warrant tracking as an explicit purpose of the state's criminal justice information system and defines "misdemeanor warrant management system" in statutory definitions.

Authorizes the Mississippi Justice Information Center to make conviction and arrest information from the misdemeanor warrant management system available to local, state, and federal criminal justice agencies upon request.
