Reduces the waiting period for felony expunction eligibility from 5 years to 2 years after successful completion of all sentence terms and conditions

Allows first-time misdemeanor offenders (excluding traffic violations) to petition for expunction of their conviction from public records

Limits individuals to one felony expunction, with multiple convictions from the same incident counting as one conviction at the court's discretion

Excludes certain serious felonies from expunction eligibility, including crimes of violence, first-degree arson, drug trafficking, third or subsequent DUI offenses, felon in possession of a firearm, sex offender registration violations, voyeurism, witness intimidation, vulnerable person abuse, and embezzlement
