Creates automatic expunction of convictions for marijuana possession when the amount was equal to or less than the legal limit for medical cannabis possession under Mississippi Code Chapter 137, Title 41.

Requires automatic expunction of case records where the only charges involved marijuana possession and the case was dismissed, charges were dropped, there was no disposition, or the person was found not guilty at trial.

Courts must notify prosecutors within 60 days of the law's effective date of expunction intentions for qualifying convictions; prosecutors may request a hearing if they believe the amount exceeded the legal limit, with the court's decision required within 21 business days of any hearing.

Requires expunction of cases with only marijuana possession charges to be entered within 120 days of the law's effective date.

Makes conforming changes to Section 25-7-25 and Section 81-18-9 to replace the term "expungement" with "expunction" throughout Mississippi Code.
