Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration, acting on behalf of the Mississippi Department of Archives and History, to donate remaining real property known as the "Old Magnolia Church Site" located in Claiborne County to the National Park Service for inclusion in Vicksburg National Military Park.

Specifies the property comprises five tracts totaling approximately 15.0 acres, including the Old Shaifer House tract (3.0 acres), adjacent tract (8.32 acres), parking lot (0.52 acres), old Magnolia Church lot (1.87 acres), and the old Magnolia Church site itself (1.29 acres).

Retains all mineral rights in the donated property for the State of Mississippi.

Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to correct any discrepancies in the legal descriptions of the property provided in the bill.

Effective upon passage.
