Amends Mississippi Code Section 99-1-5 to make the statute of limitations for conspiracy charges match the statute of limitations for the underlying crime the defendant allegedly conspired to commit

Removes conspiracy from the list of offenses subject to a 5-year statute of limitations

Conspiracy to commit crimes with no time bar (such as murder, rape, kidnapping, arson, robbery, human trafficking, and child exploitation) will now have no statute of limitations

Conspiracy to commit offenses with a 2-year limitation will be subject to the same 2-year prosecution window
