Requires written approval from the Chief of Capitol Police or DPS Commissioner before any event can occur on streets or sidewalks adjacent to state-owned or occupied buildings

Mandates regular public meetings between the Chief of Capitol Police, Jackson Police Chief, and Hinds County Sheriff within the Capitol Complex Improvement District, with the first meeting required by October 15, 2023
