Creates Section 37-3-109 of Mississippi Code requiring the Department of Education to respond promptly to information requests from Senate and House members.

Department must provide requested information within seven days of receipt, covering topics including education programs, school statistics, employee salaries, school success, funding mechanisms, and grant information.

Department must ensure it maintains adequate staffing levels to meet the seven-day response requirement.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
