Creates Section 73-3-38 requiring out-of-state attorneys not licensed to practice law in Mississippi to include the disclosure "THE PERSON APPEARING IN THIS AD IS NOT LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN MISSISSIPPI" in television and billboard advertisements.

Requires the notice be displayed conspicuously in visual components and plainly stated in audio portions of advertisements, in the same languages used in the advertisement.

Allows advertisers to use an alternative disclosure stating the person is licensed only in the specific states where they are licensed to practice law, provided it is conspicuous in both visual and audio components.

Establishes violations of this section as unfair or deceptive trade practices subject to enforcement under Mississippi Code Title 75, Chapter 24.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
