Adds three new restaurants to the definition of "qualified resort area" under Mississippi's alcoholic beverage control law, effective July 1, 2023: one located at the south-southwest corner of Madison Street and Bolton Brownsville Road, one at the northwest corner of Depot Street and Madison Street, and one on Hinds Boulevard approximately one-third mile south of where Hinds Boulevard diverges from Clinton Road, each in municipalities where Bolton Brownsville Road passes over Interstate 20 or located in municipalities with specific geographic boundaries.

Allows governing authorities of municipalities listed in the qualified resort area definition to specify by ordinance the hours of operation, minimum food revenue percentages, and designated areas for alcohol sales within those specific qualified resort areas, including the three newly added restaurants.

Brings Section 67-1-51 forward for potential amendment concerning various permit types for alcoholic beverage manufacturing, distribution, and retail sales.

Makes changes effective July 1, 2023.
