Directs the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources to designate the Danzler Tract (925 acres in the Pascagoula River Marshes, Jackson County) as the "Secretary of State Eric Clark Coastal Preserve" in honor of Eric Clark's role in developing the Mississippi Coastal Preserves Program.

Authorizes the Department of Marine Resources and Office of Secretary of State to erect markers and signs at the Eric Clark Coastal Preserve indicating its location, mission, trail systems, and visitor guidelines.

Directs the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources to designate Big Island (57 acres at the mouth of Back Bay of Biloxi, Harrison County) as "Gollott Island" in honor of Senator Thomas A. Gollott's role in developing the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Authorizes the Department of Marine Resources to designate the breakwater improvements on the south side of Gollott Island as "Godfather Point."

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
