Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-5-19 to clarify that length restrictions for vehicles transporting forest or agricultural products with projecting loads apply equally during both daylight and nighttime hours.

Vehicles transporting projecting loads extending 4 feet or more beyond the rear of the vehicle must operate during daylight or nighttime hours (removing language that previously stated "only" daylight hours).

Maintains existing requirements that projecting loads on such vehicles be secured by at least two chains, wire ropes, or nylon straps positioned behind the front bolster and in front of the back bolster.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
