• Authorizes Mississippi Department of Employment Security to conduct fingerprinting and background investigations on employees, contractors, and subcontractors with access to Federal Tax Information

• Reenacts TANF, child support enforcement, employment services, and economic development program provisions related to workforce development and assistance programs
